WHAT IS DiSC?

DiSC is the leading personal assessment tool used by more than 40 million people to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.  The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. HOW IS DiSC DIFFERENT THAN OTHER ASSESSMENTS LIKE MYERS-BRIGGS?

DiSC looks at behaviors that result from your natural tendencies and preferences, rather than  personality type alone.  Why is that important? Because behavior is what others see, and what we see in others.  DiSC helps us identify and name our own behaviors and the behaviors of others.  By understanding the motivations behind behaviors, we can strengthen our relationships.
